Have you ever had to rent a room in a share house, or know someone that has? (Feel free to leave comments of your own experiences for readers). Then this is a story that you will really enjoy reading.

This humorous tell-all takes you on a journey as you meet Kate and a variety of her housemates, friends, boy friends, ex-boyfriends and a few, quite a few, one night stands along the way. Kate is a single, Australian woman trying to make ends meet as a part-time personal assistant for her Real Estate Agent boss Deanne, Dee for short. Who just also happens to be a royal pain in the arse.

And so to help pay the mounting bills. Kate rents out rooms in her leased home to a succession of colorful characters.

Some of the tenants she takes in are lovable and likable and some, not so much...

With the array of housemates that come and go, Kate’s life is never dull. There is Paulie, a twenty-year old salesman for an electrical appliances store, who hero worships Homer Simpson. Twenty year old Myer salesman Simon, with his Harry Potter looks who is saving up so he can spend a year living in England. Mandi ‘the mad cow’ a thirty-year old, brunette, who thinks she is perfect and a good deal better than everyone else and thinks - "Only prostitutes use condoms.” And Brandon, a twenty year old PC 'games junkie' - bathing optional.

This mismatched bunch, along with a handful of Kate’s best friends, is just a few of the many individuals that lend a hand in shaping Kate’s challenging and ever changing world.
